Let us know if you are attending and we will send you a message with the link an hour before class. Don't worry if you have kids/pets/noisy housemates - we will mute everyone once class starts.
To access the videos on the website all you have to do is send us proof of payment, and wait for us to send you the password.

Vinyasa yoga is some of the most active and invigorating yoga you can practice.
Vinyasa flow yoga is really best described as freestyle Ashtanga.
Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is also called Vinyasa Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
The purpose of Vinyasa is to create heat in the body, which leads to purification of the body through increased circulation and sweating. It also improves flexibility, which allows the student to practice advanced asanas without risk of injury.
The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Explore different breathing techniques that will help focus the mind and relax the body.
Hatha Yoga mobilises joints, releases tension and moves energy. Safely build strength and flexibility, with Yin style
of stretches in targeted areas in the lower part of the body to help you find an easy seat for meditation.
ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA
Ashtanga generally refers to a specific flow of postures, in a specific order. Each class follows the same sequence of poses, with an emphasis on breath and gaze to help deepen the practice. If you're looking for a new fitness routine to challenge your body and mind, this class is definitely worth a try.
Our unique Yogaville style of yoga: improve your fitness and flexibility, work on strengthening core and large muscle groups in this heat producing class and have fun as you move through yoga postures and more. A good choice for sports people.
