Learn correct alignment of your body in the basic yoga postures. Move with different breathing techniques and experience moving and lying down meditations. Delaney will guide you safely to strengthen, tone and improve flexibility. The combination of working with mind, body and spirit will assist in calming emotions and help with stress reduction and other mental health issues.
Cost: R790. (50% deposit to secure a space on the course). The balance can be paid at month end.
