Learn the basics of Vinyasa Yoga to prepare you to join any mainstream Vinyasa class. Meditation, movement and mindfulness will be the main focus. Relaxation techniques and breath work is incorporated into the practice to provide you with tools for stress relief and to promote all round wellness.
