How to book a class
1. Buy a plan
Drop-in for a class at R120, or take advantage of one of our packages.
1x Weekly, 2x Weekly, 5 class packages - we have it all. Find a package which suits your routine.
2. Take a look at our classes
There's a class for everyone: Vinyasa, Vinyasa Beginners, Hatha, or Prenatal Yoga is taught by our Yoga Alliance certified team.

3. Take a peak at our schedule
Whether you're looking for the best way to start your morning or an evening escape
- we have a variety of class times to suit your needs.
Schedules for individual classes at Nitida or Durbanville are available on the 'Book Online' page. Otherwise, the overview for classes is above.
4. Book a class
Select your class at 'Book Online' and make a booking. Make sure you're logged in to use the plan you've purchased.
You'll have to book your classes one at a time: double-check to ensure the venue, time and teacher is correct.
