Vinyasa yoga is some of the most active and invigorating yoga you can practice.
Vinyasa flow yoga is really best described as freestyle Ashtanga.
Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is also called Vinyasa Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
The purpose of Vinyasa is to create heat in the body, which leads to purification of the body through increased circulation and sweating. It also improves flexibility, which allows the student to practice advanced asanas without risk of injury.
The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Hatha Yoga mobilises joints, releases tension and moves energy. Safely build strength and flexibility, with Yin style
of stretches in targeted areas in the lower part of the body to help you find an easy seat for meditation.
A flow of postures, paying careful attention to correct alignment with an emphasis on breath and gaze to help deepen the practice. The use of props (blocks, straps, bolsters deepens the experience.
